The Vista Upper and Vista Lower adapters let you use two infant car seats at once.
Comparatively to the first Vista, The V2 has made a few improvements to make it even better. We weren't a fan of the fact that the cup holder is quite high up on the frame. You'll have to bend down to reach it.
